Recognizing the unique challenges of National Guard units –where time is limited and schedules are fluid — this project was created out of a commitment to improving the training experience with essential content, dynamic delivery, and hands-on repetition that builds muscle memory.
These courses promote understanding of required doctrinal knowledge and build key skills through practical application, and ensure that soldiers leave more confident, capable, and ready to apply what they’ve learned.
Our goals are to maximize every soldier’s performance, bolster individual and unit readiness and esprit de corps, and fulfill their commander’s intent.
All training materials are aligned with relevant Army doctrine, and we welcome your input to promote continuous improvement in our offerings.
A New Approach to Training
Revising the age old model of Army training, brought up to speed to meet the demands of the modern war fighter.
Focused Topics
Warrior tasks and skills level 1 is at the core of readiness. Given little time, training needs to be focused, efficient, and easily consumed using proven teaching techniques and methodology.
Data Collection
Metrics and data regarding the training efficacy is continually refined through data collection and analysis on each module. This feedback provides historical trends to command leadership.
Performance
Soldiers and instructors throughout the modules/courses are periodically tested for understanding and have to pass performance gates, credentialing/certificates are issued to take to their home unit(s).
